What should the roll file look like?
-PRINT QUALITY : depends on the quality of the original file, we do not guarantee print quality if the file has less than 300 DPI
-FILE FORMAT .PNG or .PDF without background or header.
-PANTONE The reference pantones are RGB or CMYK.
-FILE SIZE Max. 50 Mb on a printable width of 54cm for a height of a minimum of 1 metre to a maximum of 2.5 metres. .
-THICKNESS OF STROKES OR GROOVES The thickness of the strokes must be at least 0.75 mm; thinner strokes may cause printing defects during application.
-FONT : all fonts must be converted into paths/curves.
-TRANSPARENCIES AND NUANCES the result can be unpredictable, we urge you not to do them. .
-EXTERNAL IMAGES : Images must be included in the
-COPYRIGHT Make sure you have a licence to reproduce registered trade marks. We cannot accept any liability for any infringement. .
IF WE ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS, THE ORDER WILL BE HELD IN ABEYANCE AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.
THE FILE CHECK: we check the content of fine lines and missing parts or other obvious defects without altering the content of the graphics.
IN THE EVENT OF OUR DIRECT INTERVENTION IN THE STRUCTURE AND GRAPHICS OF THE FILE, AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 10.00 CHF WILL BE MADE.
